Frontier Vapor offers USPS First Class and Priority Mail services.
USPS First Class Mail
The First Class Mail option is available for packages weighing 13oz or less, and will generally arrive within 4-7 business days from the date the order is shipped. Please be aware that First Class packages can, in rare instances, take up to 10 business days to arrive.
USPS Priority Mail
The Priority Mail option is faster, and includes a tracking number. Packages shipped via Priority Mail generally arrive within 2-3 business days.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35.00! Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via the least expensive shipping method available, which means that all orders under 13oz will be shipped via USPS First Class mail.
Frontier Vapor now ships packages world-wide! We are unaware of your local laws and the customer assumes all shipping risk. Once the package leaves our facility we have no control over it. All international mail is shipped via the United States Postal Service. If you order any eLiquid your customs form will be labeled as as such. We will not stretch the truth or underdeclare values.
First Class International Mail
International postage is based on the weight of your package. First class international mail is assigned a tracking number. Unfortunately once the package leaves the USA (typically in Las Angelas, California or New York) we will not have any other tracking information on this package. First class international mail can take up to 20 business days to reach its destination. Please also understand that customs can delay this process.
Express International Mail
International postage is based on the weight Express international mail is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 3 – 10 business days. Please understand customs can delay this process.
Unused, unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded: eLiquid, liquid products, opened cartridges, and DIY ingredients.
Atomizers require replacement. The average user will go through 1-4 atomizer heads or coils per month. Frontier Vapor will only replace atomizers if they are dead on arrival. You must let us know within 48 hours of getting your package if any of your atomizers are not working.
